Calculator results are estimates and may differ from lender disclosures because of interest rates, APRs, fees, taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, loan rules, borrower qualifications, property information, rounding, timing, and other factors.

Neither MortgageCalculator.is nor Family Brands LLC is acting through the Site as a mortgage lender, bank, loan servicer, mortgage broker, or real estate brokerage.

We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their products, rates, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

Family Brands LLC may receive compensation when visitors interact with certain mortgage offers, advertisements, referral links, or other commercial features displayed through the Site.

Compensation does not make MortgageCalculator.is the lender, broker, or provider of the third-party product.

The Site and its original content, design, software, calculator logic, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by Family Brands LLC or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for lawful personal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may change, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, rate table, calculator, page, or third-party service will always be available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, CALCULATORS, ESTIMATES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR FINANCIAL DECISION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Family Brands LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Brands LLC from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Arbitration shall take place in Montgomery County, Texas, or by videoconference where permitted by the arbitrator. You and Family Brands LLC waive the right to a jury trial and, to the extent permitted by law, the right to participate in a class or representative action.

If arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable for a particular claim, the applicable state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
